وَاُحِيْطَ بِثَمَرِهٖ فَاَصْبَحَ يُقَلِّبُ كَفَّيْهِ عَلٰى مَآ اَنْفَقَ فِيْهَا وَهِيَ خَاوِيَةٌ عَلٰى عُرُوْشِهَا وَيَقُوْلُ يٰلَيْتَنِيْ لَمْ اُشْرِكْ بِرَبِّيْٓ اَحَدًا ( الكهف: ٤٢ )
Wa uheeta bisamarihee faasbaha yuqallibu kaffaihi 'alaa maaa anfaqa feehaa wa hiya khaawiyatun 'alaa 'urooshihaa wa yaqoolu yaalaitanee lam ushrik bi Rabbeee ahadaa (al-Kahf 18:42)
English Sahih:
And his fruits were encompassed [by ruin], so he began to turn his hands about [in dismay] over what he had spent on it, while it had collapsed upon its trellises, and said, "Oh, I wish I had not associated with my Lord anyone." (Al-Kahf [18] : 42)
Sherif Ahmeti:
Dhe vërtet, u shkatërruan frutat e ti, e ai filloi tërrahë shuplakët për atë që kishte shpenzuar në të, e ajo ishte rrënuar në kulmet e saj dhe thoshte: “O i mjeri unë, të mos i kisha bërë Zotit tim akë shok!” (Al-Kahf [18] : 42)
