وَاِذْ وٰعَدْنَا مُوْسٰىٓ اَرْبَعِيْنَ لَيْلَةً ثُمَّ اتَّخَذْتُمُ الْعِجْلَ مِنْۢ بَعْدِهٖ وَاَنْتُمْ ظٰلِمُوْنَ ( البقرة: ٥١ )
wa-idh
وَإِذْ
And when
Dhe kur
wāʿadnā
وَٰعَدْنَا
We appointed
Ne i premtuam
mūsā
مُوسَىٰٓ
(for) Musa
Musait
arbaʿīna
أَرْبَعِينَ
forty
dyzet
laylatan
لَيْلَةً
nights
net
thumma
ثُمَّ
Then
pastaj
ittakhadhtumu
ٱتَّخَذْتُمُ
you took
ju e morët
l-ʿij'la
ٱلْعِجْلَ
the calf
viçin (për adhurim)
min
مِنۢ
from
prej
baʿdihi
بَعْدِهِۦ
after him
pas tij
wa-antum
وَأَنتُمْ
and you
e ju (ishit)
ẓālimūna
ظَٰلِمُونَ
(were) wrongdoers
të padrejtë
Wa iz waa'adnaa Moosaaa arba'eena lailatan summattakhaztumul 'ijla mim ba'dihee wa antum zaalimoon (al-Baq̈arah 2:51)
English Sahih:
And [recall] when We made an appointment with Moses for forty nights. Then you took [for worship] the calf after him [i.e., his departure], while you were wrongdoers. (Al-Baqarah [2] : 51)
Sherif Ahmeti:
E kur i premtuam Musait (t’ia japim Tevratin) dyzet netë, pas tij ju (pasi shkoi ai për Tevrat) e adhuruat viçin, ju ishit dëmtues (të vetes suaj) (Al-Baqarah [2] : 51)
