هُوَ الَّذِيْ يُرِيْكُمُ الْبَرْقَ خَوْفًا وَّطَمَعًا وَّيُنْشِئُ السَّحَابَ الثِّقَالَۚ ( الرعد: ١٢ )

O'dur
(is) the One Who shows you
ٱلَّذِى يُرِيكُمُ
size gösteren
the lightning
ٱلْبَرْقَ
şimşeği
a fear
خَوْفًا
korku
and a hope
وَطَمَعًا
ve umud içinde
and brings up
وَيُنشِئُ
ve yapan
the clouds
ٱلسَّحَابَ
bulutları
the heavy
ٱلثِّقَالَ
ağır (yüklü)
hüve-lleẕî yürîkümü-lberḳa ḫavfev veṭame`av veyünşiü-sseḥâbe-ŝŝiḳâl. (ar-Raʿd 13:12)

Korku ve ümide düşürmek için size şimşeği gösteren, yağmurla yüklü bulutları meydana getiren O'dur.
English Sahih:
It is He who shows you lightning, [causing] fear and aspiration, and generates the heavy clouds. ([13] Ar-Ra'd : 12)
