هُوَ الَّذِيْ يُرِيْكُمُ الْبَرْقَ خَوْفًا وَّطَمَعًا وَّيُنْشِئُ السَّحَابَ الثِّقَالَۚ ( الرعد: ١٢ )
He
هُوَ
वो ही है
(is) the One Who
ٱلَّذِى
जो
shows you
يُرِيكُمُ
दिखाता है तुम्हें
the lightning
ٱلْبَرْقَ
बिजली की चमक
a fear
خَوْفًا
ख़ौफ़
and a hope
وَطَمَعًا
और उम्मीद से
and brings up
وَيُنشِئُ
और वो उठाता है
the clouds
ٱلسَّحَابَ
बादल
the heavy
ٱلثِّقَالَ
बोझल
Huwa allathee yureekumu albarqa khawfan watama'an wayunshio alssahaba alththiqala (ar-Raʿd 13:12)

वही है जो भय और आशा के निमित्त तुम्हें बिजली की चमक दिखाता है और बोझिल बादलों को उठाता है
English Sahih:
It is He who shows you lightning, [causing] fear and aspiration, and generates the heavy clouds. ([13] Ar-Ra'd : 12)
