وَمَا كَانَ لِنَفْسٍ اَنْ تُؤْمِنَ اِلَّا بِاِذْنِ اللّٰهِ ۗوَيَجْعَلُ الرِّجْسَ عَلَى الَّذِيْنَ لَا يَعْقِلُوْنَ ( يونس: ١٠٠ )
wamā
وَمَا

And He will place

the wrath
愤怒

alladhīna
ٱلَّذِينَ
those who
那些人

(do) not

yaʿqilūna
يَعْقِلُونَ
use reason
他们明理
Wa maa kaana linafsin an tu'mina illaa bi iznil laah; wa yaj'alur rijsa 'alal lazeena laa ya'qiloon (al-Yūnus 10:100)
English Sahih:
And it is not for a soul [i.e., anyone] to believe except by permission of Allah, and He will place defilement upon those who will not use reason. (Yunus [10] : 100)

任何人都不会信道，除非奉安拉的命令。他以刑罚加于不明理的人们。 (优努斯 [10] : 100)
