اَللّٰهُ الَّذِيْ رَفَعَ السَّمٰوٰتِ بِغَيْرِ عَمَدٍ تَرَوْنَهَا ثُمَّ اسْتَوٰى عَلَى الْعَرْشِ وَسَخَّرَ الشَّمْسَ وَالْقَمَرَۗ كُلٌّ يَّجْرِيْ لِاَجَلٍ مُّسَمًّىۗ يُدَبِّرُ الْاَمْرَ يُفَصِّلُ الْاٰيٰتِ لَعَلَّكُمْ بِلِقَاۤءِ رَبِّكُمْ تُوْقِنُوْنَ ( الرعد: ٢ )

(is) the One Who

ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ
the heavens
诸天
bighayri
بِغَيْرِ
without
不|在
ʿamadin
عَمَدٍ
pillars
柱子
tarawnahā
تَرَوْنَهَاۖ
that you see
它|你们看见
is'tawā
ٱسْتَوَىٰ
He established
他坐
l-ʿarshi
ٱلْعَرْشِۖ
the Throne
宝座
wasakhara
وَسَخَّرَ
and subjected
他制服|和
l-shamsa
ٱلشَّمْسَ
the sun
日
wal-qamara
وَٱلْقَمَرَۖ
and the moon
月|和
yajrī
يَجْرِى
running
它运行
li-ajalin
لِأَجَلٍ
for a term
一个定期|至
musamman
مُّسَمًّىۚ
appointed
指定的
yudabbiru
يُدَبِّرُ
He arranges
他处理
l-amra
ٱلْأَمْرَ
the matter;
众事物
yufaṣṣilu
يُفَصِّلُ
He details
他解释
l-āyāti
ٱلْءَايَٰتِ
the Signs
众迹象
laʿallakum
لَعَلَّكُم
so that you may
你们|以便
biliqāi
بِلِقَآءِ
in the meeting
相遇|在
rabbikum
رَبِّكُمْ
(with) your Lord
你们的|养主的
tūqinūna
تُوقِنُونَ
believe with certainty
你们确信
Allaahul lazee raf'as samaawaati bighairi 'amadin tarawnahaa summas tawaa 'alal 'Arshi wa sakhkharash shamsa walqamara kulluny yajree li ajalim musammaa; yudabbirul amra yufassilil Aayaati la'allakum biliqaaa'i Rabbikum tooqinoon (ar-Raʿd 13:2 )
English Sahih: It is Allah who erected the heavens without pillars that you [can] see; then He established Himself above the Throne and made subject the sun and the moon, each running [its course] for a specified term. He arranges [each] matter; He details the signs that you may, of the meeting with your Lord, be certain. (Ar-Ra'd [13] : 2 )
Ma Jian (Simplified):
安拉建立诸天，而不用你们所能见的支柱。随后他升上了宝座，制服日月，使其各自运行到一个定期。他处理万事，解释迹象，以便你们确信将与你们的主相会。 (雷霆 [13] : 2 )

1 Mokhtasar Chinese真主创造了高高的诸天，没有用你们所能看见的支柱。然后，祂升上阿尔西。这里的升上是适合祂的方式，不能作具体化和拟人化的解释。祂为仆人的利益而制服日月。日月运行至真主所知的定期。祂任意地处理天地间的事情。祂阐明了证明祂大能的许多迹象，希望你们确信复活日会见到你们的主，而以善功为此做好准备。
