وَاُحِيْطَ بِثَمَرِهٖ فَاَصْبَحَ يُقَلِّبُ كَفَّيْهِ عَلٰى مَآ اَنْفَقَ فِيْهَا وَهِيَ خَاوِيَةٌ عَلٰى عُرُوْشِهَا وَيَقُوْلُ يٰلَيْتَنِيْ لَمْ اُشْرِكْ بِرَبِّيْٓ اَحَدًا ( الكهف: ٤٢ )
wa-uḥīṭa
وَأُحِيطَ
And were surrounded
它被毁灭|和
bithamarihi
بِثَمَرِهِۦ
his fruits
他的|众水果|在
fa-aṣbaḥa
فَأَصْبَحَ
so he began

yuqallibu
يُقَلِّبُ

his hands

عَلَىٰ

وَيَقُولُ
and he said
他说|和
yālaytanī
يَٰلَيْتَنِى
"Oh! I wish
我|但愿|喔

لَمْ
I had not associated

ush'rik
أُشْرِكْ
I had not associated
我采配
birabbī
بِرَبِّىٓ
with my Lord
我的|养主|在
aḥadan
أَحَدًا
anyone"
任何物
Wa uheeta bisamarihee faasbaha yuqallibu kaffaihi 'alaa maaa anfaqa feehaa wa hiya khaawiyatun 'alaa 'urooshihaa wa yaqoolu yaalaitanee lam ushrik bi Rabbeee ahadaa (al-Kahf 18:42)
English Sahih:
And his fruits were encompassed [by ruin], so he began to turn his hands about [in dismay] over what he had spent on it, while it had collapsed upon its trellises, and said, "Oh, I wish I had not associated with my Lord anyone." (Al-Kahf [18] : 42)
Ma Jian (Simplified):
他的财产，全遭毁灭。园里的葡萄架倒塌在地上，他为痛惜建设园圃的费用而反复翻转他的两掌，他说：“但愿我没有把任何物配我的主。” (山洞 [18] : 42)
