اَلَّذِيْنَ يَأْكُلُوْنَ الرِّبٰوا لَا يَقُوْمُوْنَ اِلَّا كَمَا يَقُوْمُ الَّذِيْ يَتَخَبَّطُهُ الشَّيْطٰنُ مِنَ الْمَسِّۗ ذٰلِكَ بِاَنَّهُمْ قَالُوْٓا اِنَّمَا الْبَيْعُ مِثْلُ الرِّبٰواۘ وَاَحَلَّ اللّٰهُ الْبَيْعَ وَحَرَّمَ الرِّبٰواۗ فَمَنْ جَاۤءَهٗ مَوْعِظَةٌ مِّنْ رَّبِّهٖ فَانْتَهٰى فَلَهٗ مَا سَلَفَۗ وَاَمْرُهٗٓ اِلَى اللّٰهِ ۗ وَمَنْ عَادَ فَاُولٰۤىِٕكَ اَصْحٰبُ النَّارِ ۚ هُمْ فِيْهَا خٰلِدُوْنَ  ( البقرة: ٢٧٥ )

the Shaitaan

مِنَ
with
l-masi
ٱلْمَسِّۚ
(his) touch
接触
dhālika
ذَٰلِكَ
That
这个
bi-annahum
بِأَنَّهُمْ
(is) because they
他们|那个|因为
qālū
قَالُوٓا۟
say
他们说
innamā
إِنَّمَا
"Only
仅仅
l-bayʿu
ٱلْبَيْعُ
the trade
贸易
mith'lu
مِثْلُ
(is) like
l-riba
ٱلرِّبَوٰا۟ۗ
[the] usury"
利息的
wa-aḥalla
وَأَحَلَّ
While has permitted
他合法|和
l-lahu
ٱللَّهُ
Allah
真主
l-bayʿa
ٱلْبَيْعَ
[the] trade
贸易
waḥarrama
وَحَرَّمَ
but (has) forbidden
他不合法|和
l-riba
ٱلرِّبَوٰا۟ۚ
[the] usury

faman
فَمَن
Then whoever
谁|因此
jāahu
جَآءَهُۥ
comes to him
他|它来到
mawʿiẓatun
مَوْعِظَةٌ
(the) admonition
命令

مِّن
from
rabbihi
رَّبِّهِۦ
His Lord
他的|养主
fa-intahā
فَٱنتَهَىٰ
and he refrained
他禁止|因此
falahu
فَلَهُۥ
then for him
他|对|因此
مَا
what
什么
salafa
سَلَفَ
(has) passed
他过去
wa-amruhu
وَأَمْرُهُۥٓ
and his case
他的|事情|和
ilā
إِلَى
(is) with
l-lahi
ٱللَّهِۖ
Allah
真主
waman
وَمَنْ
and whoever
谁|和
ʿāda
عَادَ
repeated
他再犯
fa-ulāika
فَأُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ
then those
这等人|因此
aṣḥābu
أَصْحَٰبُ
(are the) companions
众居民
l-nāri
ٱلنَّارِۖ
(of) the Fire
火狱的
hum
هُمْ
they
他们
fīhā
فِيهَا
in it
它|在
khālidūna
خَٰلِدُونَ
will abide forever
永居

Allazeena yaakuloonar ribaa laa yaqoomoona illaa kamaa yaqoomul lazee yatakhabbatuhush shaitaanu minal mass; zaalika bi annahum qaalooo innamal bai'u mishur ribaa; wa ahallal laahul bai'a wa harramar ribba; faman jaaa'ahoo maw'izatum mir rabbihee fantahaa falahoo maa salafa wa amruhooo ilal laahi wa man 'aada fa ulaaa 'ika Ashaabun naari hum feehaa khaalidoon (al-Baq̈arah 2:275)

English Sahih:

Those who consume interest cannot stand [on the Day of Resurrection] except as one stands who is being beaten by Satan into insanity. That is because they say, "Trade is [just] like interest." But Allah has permitted trade and has forbidden interest. So whoever has received an admonition from his Lord and desists may have what is past, and his affair rests with Allah. But whoever returns [to dealing in interest or usury] – those are the companions of the Fire; they will abide eternally therein. (Al-Baqarah [2] : 275)

Ma Jian (Simplified):

吃利息的人,要像中了魔的人一样,疯疯癫癫地站起来。这是因为他们说:“买卖就像利息。”安拉准许买卖,而禁止利息。奉到主的教训后,就遵守禁令的,得已往不咎,他的事归安拉判决。再犯的人,是火狱的居民,他们将永居其中。 (黄牛 [2] : 275)

1 Mokhtasar Chinese

吃利放债者在后世从坟坑复生起来时,就像着魔似的站起。他们疯疯癫癫的站起,是因为他们认为,吃利放债是合法的。他们对高利贷和真主允许的买卖未加区分。他们说:“买卖在形式上和高利贷一样都是合法的。两者都能增长和发展资金。”真主反驳了他们,并否认和推翻其错误观点。真主辨明说:“买卖是合法的,买卖中有公共和特殊的利润。而高利贷是非法的,其中有不公平的成分存在,它在无任何风险的情况下不义的吸纳他人钱财。”听从真主禁止和警告高利贷的劝诫,放弃并向真主忏悔之人,则既往不咎,他将面对之事全部归于真主。若奉到真主禁令并立据为证后再重犯之人,那么他必入火狱,并永居其中。 这里的永居其中指的是长时间地居留在火狱里,只有不信道者才会永居其中。至于信奉认主独一者,不会永居于火狱之中。
