فَاصْبِرْ عَلٰى مَا يَقُوْلُوْنَ وَسَبِّحْ بِحَمْدِ رَبِّكَ قَبْلَ طُلُوْعِ الشَّمْسِ وَقَبْلَ غُرُوْبِهَا ۚوَمِنْ اٰنَاۤئِ الَّيْلِ فَسَبِّحْ وَاَطْرَافَ النَّهَارِ لَعَلَّكَ تَرْضٰى ( طه: ١٣٠ )
fa-iṣ'bir
فَٱصْبِرْ
So be patient
你应坚忍|然后

and from

ānāi
ءَانَآئِ
(the) hours
时间
al-layli
ٱلَّيْلِ
(of) the night
夜的
fasabbiḥ
فَسَبِّحْ
and glorify
你应赞颂|因此
wa-aṭrāfa
وَأَطْرَافَ
(at the) ends
结束|和
l-nahāri
ٱلنَّهَارِ
(of) the day
白昼的
laʿallaka
لَعَلَّكَ
so that you may
你|以便
tarḍā
تَرْضَىٰ
be satisfied
你喜悦
Fasbir 'alaa maa yaqooloona wa sabbih bihamdi Rabbika qabla tuloo'ish shamsi wa qabla ghuroobihaa wa min aanaaa'il laili fasbbih wa atraafan nahaari la 'allaka tardaa (Ṭāʾ Hāʾ 20:130)
English Sahih:
So be patient over what they say and exalt [Allah] with praise of your Lord before the rising of the sun and before its setting; and during periods of the night [exalt Him] and at the ends of the day, that you may be satisfied. (Taha [20] : 130)
Ma Jian (Simplified):
你应当忍受他们所说的（谰言），你应当在太阳出没之前赞颂你的主，你应当在夜间和白昼赞颂他，以便你喜悦。 (塔哈 [20] : 130)
