ذٰلِكَ وَمَنْ يُّعَظِّمْ حُرُمٰتِ اللّٰهِ فَهُوَ خَيْرٌ لَّهٗ عِنْدَ رَبِّهٖۗ وَاُحِلَّتْ لَكُمُ الْاَنْعَامُ اِلَّا مَا يُتْلٰى عَلَيْكُمْ فَاجْتَنِبُوا الرِّجْسَ مِنَ الْاَوْثَانِ وَاجْتَنِبُوْا قَوْلَ الزُّوْرِ ۙ ( الحج: ٣٠ )
waman
وَمَن
and whoever
谁|和
yuʿaẓẓim
يُعَظِّمْ
honors
他尊重
ḥurumāti
حُرُمَٰتِ
(the) sacred rites
戒律
l-lahi
ٱللَّهِ
(of) Allah
真主的
fahuwa
فَهُوَ
then it
他|然后
khayrun
خَيْرٌ
(is) best
更好
rabbihi
رَبِّهِۦۗ
his Lord
他的|养主的
wa-uḥillat
وَأُحِلَّتْ
And are made lawful
它被合法|和
lakumu
لَكُمُ
to you
你们|为
l-anʿāmu
ٱلْأَنْعَٰمُ
the cattle
一切牲畜
yut'lā
يُتْلَىٰ
is recited
牠被宣布
ʿalaykum
عَلَيْكُمْۖ
to you
你们|在
fa-ij'tanibū
فَٱجْتَنِبُوا۟
So avoid
你们应避开|因此
l-rij'sa
ٱلرِّجْسَ
the abomination
污秽
l-awthāni
ٱلْأَوْثَٰنِ
the idols
众偶像
wa-ij'tanibū
وَٱجْتَنِبُوا۟
and avoid
你们应避开|和
qawla
قَوْلَ
(the) word
语言
l-zūri
ٱلزُّورِ
false
谎话的
Zaalika wa mai yu'azzim hurumaatil laahi fahuwa khairul lahoo 'inda Rabbih; wa uhillat lakumul an'aamu illaa maa yutlaa 'alaikum fajtanibur rijsa minal awsaani wajtaniboo qawlaz zoor (al-Ḥajj 22:30 )
English Sahih: That [has been commanded], and whoever honors the sacred ordinances of Allah – it is best for him in the sight of his Lord. And permitted to you are the grazing livestock, except what is recited to you. So avoid the uncleanliness of idols and avoid false statement, (Al-Hajj [22] : 30 )
Ma Jian (Simplified):
事情就是这样，谁尊重安拉的戒律，在主的那里那对于谁就是更好的。一切牲畜对你们都是合法的，对你们宣布禁戒的除外。故，你们应当避开污秽及偶像，应当永离妄语； (朝觐 [22] : 30 )

1 Mokhtasar Chinese那是你们受命遵守的——剃头发，剪指甲，涤除污垢，完成誓愿和环游天房—— 你们当尊重这些规定。谁在受戒期间远离真主禁止的事物，尊重真主的法度，不去触犯真主的禁令，在真主那里，这对他的今后两世都是有好处的。人们啊！所有的牲畜比如骆驼、牛和羊对你们都是合法的，祂只禁止了《古兰经》中对你们所宣读的那些。你们当远离偶像崇拜的污秽，你们当远离所有对真主和对人们的谎言。
