اِنَّا كُلَّ شَيْءٍ خَلَقْنٰهُ بِقَدَرٍ ( القمر: ٤٩ )

Innaa kulla shai'in khalaqnaahu biqadar (al-Q̈amar 54:49)
English Sahih:
Indeed, all things We created with predestination. (Al-Qamar [54] : 49)
Ma Jian (Simplified):
我确已依定量而创造万物， (月亮 [54] : 49)
