اِنَّا كُلَّ شَيْءٍ خَلَقْنٰهُ بِقَدَرٍ ( القمر: ٤٩ )
Indeed [We]
إِنَّا
बेशक हमने
every
كُلَّ
हर
thing
شَىْءٍ
चीज़ को
We created it
خَلَقْنَٰهُ
पैदा किया हमने उसे
by a measure
بِقَدَرٍ
साथ एक अंदाज़े के
Inna kulla shayin khalaqnahu biqadarin (al-Q̈amar 54:49)

Indeed, all things We created with predestination. ([54] Al-Qamar : 49)
