لِّئَلَّا يَعْلَمَ اَهْلُ الْكِتٰبِ اَلَّا يَقْدِرُوْنَ عَلٰى شَيْءٍ مِّنْ فَضْلِ اللّٰهِ وَاَنَّ الْفَضْلَ بِيَدِ اللّٰهِ يُؤْتِيْهِ مَنْ يَّشَاۤءُ ۗوَاللّٰهُ ذُو الْفَضْلِ الْعَظِيْمِ ࣖ ۔ ( الحديد: ٢٩ )
li-allā
لِّئَلَّا
So that

(of) Allah

بِيَدِ
(is) in Allah's Hand
手|在
l-lahi
ٱللَّهِ
(is) in Allah's Hand

yu'tīhi
يُؤْتِيهِ
He gives it

He wills
他意欲
wal-lahu
وَٱللَّهُ
And Allah

(is) the Possessor of Bounty

ٱلْفَضْلِ
(is) the Possessor of Bounty
恩典的
l-ʿaẓīmi
ٱلْعَظِيمِ
the Great
重大的
Li'alla ya'lama Ahlul kitaabi allaa yaqdiroona 'alaa shai'im min fadlil laahi wa annal fadla bi Yadil laahi u'teehi many yashaaa'; wallaahu Zul fadilil 'azeem (al-Ḥadīd 57:29)
English Sahih:
[This is] so that the People of the Scripture may know that they are not able [to obtain] anything from the bounty of Allah and that [all] bounty is in the hand of Allah; He gives it to whom He wills. And Allah is the possessor of great bounty. (Al-Hadid [57] : 29)
Ma Jian (Simplified):
以便曾受天经的人们知道，他们简直不能操纵安拉的恩典，并且知道，凡恩典都在安拉的掌握中，他要赏赐谁，就赏赐谁，安拉是有宏恩的。 (铁 [57] : 29)
