وَاِذْ تَاَذَّنَ رَبُّكَ لَيَبْعَثَنَّ عَلَيْهِمْ اِلٰى يَوْمِ الْقِيٰمَةِ مَنْ يَّسُوْمُهُمْ سُوْۤءَ الْعَذَابِۗ اِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَسَرِيْعُ الْعِقَابِۖ وَاِنَّهٗ لَغَفُوْرٌ رَّحِيْمٌ ( الأعراف: ١٦٧ )

وَإِذْ
And when

لَيَبْعَثَنَّ
that He would surely send

عَلَيْهِمْ
upon them

إِلَىٰ
till
至
yawmi
يَوْمِ
(the) Day
日子
l-qiyāmati
ٱلْقِيَٰمَةِ
(of) the Resurrection
复活的
man
مَن
(those) who
谁
yasūmuhum
يَسُومُهُمْ
would afflict them
他们|他遭受
sūa
سُوٓءَ
(with) a grievous
一个严酷
l-ʿadhābi
ٱلْعَذَابِۗ
[the] punishment
刑罚的
inna
إِنَّ
Indeed
确实
rabbaka
رَبَّكَ
your Lord
你的|养主
lasarīʿu
لَسَرِيعُ
(is) surely swift
神速|必定
l-ʿiqābi
ٱلْعِقَابِۖ
(in) the retribution
刑罚的
wa-innahu
وَإِنَّهُۥ
but indeed He
他|确实|和
laghafūrun
لَغَفُورٌ
(is) surely Oft-Forgiving
至赦的|必定
raḥīmun
رَّحِيمٌ
Most Merciful
至慈的
Wa iz ta azzana Rabbuka la yab'asannna 'alaihim ilaa Yawmil Qiyaamati mai yasoomuhum sooo'al 'azaab; inna Rabbaka lasaree'ul 'iqaab; wa innahoo la Ghafoorur Raheem (al-ʾAʿrāf 7:167)
English Sahih:
And [mention] when your Lord declared that He would surely [continue to] send upon them until the Day of Resurrection those who would afflict them with the worst torment. Indeed, your Lord is swift in penalty; but indeed, He is Forgiving and Merciful. (Al-A'raf [7] : 167)
Ma Jian (Simplified):
当时，你的主宣布他一定派人来使他们继续遭受酷刑，直到复活日。你的主确是惩罚神速的。他确是至赦的，确是至慈的。 (高处 [7] : 167)
