وَقَطَّعْنٰهُمْ فِى الْاَرْضِ اُمَمًاۚ مِنْهُمُ الصّٰلِحُوْنَ وَمِنْهُمْ دُوْنَ ذٰلِكَ ۖوَبَلَوْنٰهُمْ بِالْحَسَنٰتِ وَالسَّيِّاٰتِ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَرْجِعُوْنَ ( الأعراف: ١٦٨ )
waqaṭṭaʿnāhum
وَقَطَّعْنَٰهُمْ
And We divided them
他们|我们使分散|和
fī
فِى
in
在
l-arḍi
ٱلْأَرْضِ
the earth
大地
umaman
أُمَمًاۖ
(as) nations
众部族
min'humu
مِّنْهُمُ
Among them
他们|从
l-ṣāliḥūna
ٱلصَّٰلِحُونَ
(are) the righteous
善人
wamin'hum
وَمِنْهُمْ
and among them
他们|从|和
dūna
دُونَ
(are) other than
之外
dhālika
ذَٰلِكَۖ
that
那个的
wabalawnāhum
وَبَلَوْنَٰهُم
And We tested them
他们|我们考验|和
bil-ḥasanāti
بِٱلْحَسَنَٰتِ
with the good
众福利|在
wal-sayiāti
وَٱلسَّيِّـَٔاتِ
and the bad
众灾难|和
laʿallahum
لَعَلَّهُمْ
so that they may
他们|以便
yarjiʿūna
يَرْجِعُونَ
return
他们觉悟
Wa qatta'naahum fil ardi umamam minhumus aalihoona wa min hum doona zaalika wa balawnaahum bilhasanaati wassaiyi aati la'allahum yarji'oon (al-ʾAʿrāf 7:168)
English Sahih:
And We divided them throughout the earth into nations. Of them some were righteous, and of them some were otherwise. And We tested them with good [times] and bad that perhaps they would return [to obedience]. (Al-A'raf [7] : 168)
Ma Jian (Simplified):
我曾使他们散处四方，成为若干派别，他们中有善人，有次于善人的，我用种种祸福考验他们，以便他们觉悟。 (高处 [7] : 168)
