قَالَ قَدْ وَقَعَ عَلَيْكُمْ مِّنْ رَّبِّكُمْ رِجْسٌ وَّغَضَبٌۗ اَتُجَادِلُوْنَنِيْ فِيْٓ اَسْمَاۤءٍ سَمَّيْتُمُوْهَآ اَنْتُمْ وَاٰبَاۤؤُكُمْ مَّا نَزَّلَ اللّٰهُ بِهَا مِنْ سُلْطٰنٍۗ فَانْتَظِرُوْٓا اِنِّيْ مَعَكُمْ مِّنَ الْمُنْتَظِرِيْنَ ( الأعراف: ٧١ )
Qaala qad waqa'a alaikum mir Rabbikum rijsunw wa ghadab, atujaadiloonanee feee asmaaa'in sammaitumoohaaa antum wa aabaaa'ukum maa nazzalal laahu bihaa min sultaan; fantazirooo innee ma'akum minal muntazireen (al-ʾAʿrāf 7:71)
English Sahih:
[Hud] said, "Already have defilement and anger fallen upon you from your Lord. Do you dispute with me concerning [mere] names you have named them, you and your fathers, for which Allah has not sent down any authority? Then wait; indeed, I am with you among those who wait." (Al-A'raf [7] : 71)
Ma Jian (Simplified):
他说：“刑罚和谴怒，必从你们的主来临你们。你们和你们的祖先所定的许多名称，安拉并未加以证实，难道你们要为那些名称与我争论吗？你们等待着吧！我确是与你们一切等待的。” (高处 [7] : 71)
