فَلَآ اُقْسِمُ بِرَبِّ الْمَشَارِقِ وَالْمَغٰرِبِ اِنَّا لَقٰدِرُوْنَۙ ( المعارج: ٤٠ )

But nay!
不然
uq'simu
أُقْسِمُ
I swear
我盟誓
birabbi
بِرَبِّ
by (the) Lord
养主|在
l-mashāriqi
ٱلْمَشَٰرِقِ
(of) the rising
东方的
wal-maghāribi
وَٱلْمَغَٰرِبِ
and the settings
西方的|和
innā
إِنَّا
that We
我们|确实
laqādirūna
لَقَٰدِرُونَ
(are) surely Able
全能|必定
Falaaa uqsimu bi Rabbil mashaariqi wal maghaaribi innaa laqaadiroon (al-Maʿārij 70:40)
English Sahih:
So I swear by the Lord of [all] risings and settings that indeed We are able (Al-Ma'arij [70] : 40)
Ma Jian (Simplified):
不然，我以一切东方和西方的主盟誓，我确是全能的， (天梯 [70] : 40)
