you are free
你结束
fa-inṣab
فَٱنصَبْ
then stand up
你应努力|因此
Fa iza faragh ta fansab (aš-Šarḥ 94:7)
English Sahih:
So when you have finished [your duties], then stand up [for worship]. (Ash-Sharh [94] : 7)
