وَيَسْـَٔلُوْنَكَ عَنِ الرُّوْحِۗ قُلِ الرُّوْحُ مِنْ اَمْرِ رَبِّيْ وَمَآ اُوْتِيْتُمْ مِّنَ الْعِلْمِ اِلَّا قَلِيْلًا ( الإسراء: ٨٥ )
And they ask you
وَيَسْـَٔلُونَكَ
Und sie fragen dich
concerning
عَنِ
nach
the soul
ٱلرُّوحِۖ
dem Geist.
Say
قُلِ
Sag;
"The soul
ٱلرُّوحُ
"Der Geist
(is) of
مِنْ
(ist) von
(the) affair
أَمْرِ
(dem) Befehl
(of) my Lord
رَبِّى
meines Herrn.
And not
وَمَآ
Und nicht
you have been given
أُوتِيتُم
wurde euch gegeben
of
مِّنَ
von
the knowledge
ٱلْعِلْمِ
dem Wissen,
except
إِلَّا
außer
a little"
قَلِيلًا
wenig."
Wa Yas'alūnaka `Ani Ar-Rūĥi Quli Ar-Rūĥu Min 'Amri Rabbī Wa Mā 'Ūtītum Mina Al-`Ilmi 'Illā Qalīlāan. (al-ʾIsrāʾ 17:85)

English Sahih:
And they ask you, [O Muhammad], about the soul. Say, "The soul is of the affair [i.e., concern] of my Lord. And you [i.e., mankind] have not been given of knowledge except a little." ([17] Al-Isra : 85)
