يَعِظُكُمُ اللّٰهُ اَنْ تَعُوْدُوْا لِمِثْلِهٖٓ اَبَدًا اِنْ كُنْتُمْ مُّؤْمِنِيْنَ ۚ ( النور: ١٧ )
Allah warns you
يَعِظُكُمُ
Ermahnt euch
Allah warns you
ٱللَّهُ
Allah,
that
أَن
dass
you return
تَعُودُوا۟
ihr wiederholt
(to the) like of it
لِمِثْلِهِۦٓ
dergleichen
ever
أَبَدًا
jemals,
if
إِن
falls
you are
كُنتُم
ihr seid
believers
مُّؤْمِنِينَ
Gläubige.
Ya`ižukum Allāhu 'An Ta`ūdū Limithlihi 'Abadāan 'In Kuntum Mu'uminīna. (an-Nūr 24:17)
A. S. F. Bubenheim and N. Elyas:
Allah ermahnt euch, niemals wieder dergleichen zu tun, wenn ihr gläubig seid. ([24] an-Nur (Das Licht) : 17)
English Sahih:
Allah warns you against returning to the likes of this [conduct], ever, if you should be believers. ([24] An-Nur : 17)
