قُلْ لِّلْمُؤْمِنِيْنَ يَغُضُّوْا مِنْ اَبْصَارِهِمْ وَيَحْفَظُوْا فُرُوْجَهُمْۗ ذٰلِكَ اَزْكٰى لَهُمْۗ اِنَّ اللّٰهَ خَبِيْرٌۢ بِمَا يَصْنَعُوْنَ ( النور: ٣٠ )
Say
قُل
Sag
to the believing men
لِّلْمُؤْمِنِينَ
zu den gläubigen Männern,
they should lower
يَغُضُّوا۟
sie sollen senken
their gaze
مِنْ
von
their gaze
أَبْصَٰرِهِمْ
ihren Blicken
and they should guard
وَيَحْفَظُوا۟
und hüten
their chastity
فُرُوجَهُمْۚ
ihre Scham.
That
ذَٰلِكَ
Dies
(is) purer
أَزْكَىٰ
(ist) lauterer
for them
لَهُمْۗ
für sie.
Indeed
إِنَّ
Wahrlich,
Allah
ٱللَّهَ
Allah
(is) All-Aware
خَبِيرٌۢ
(ist) Allkundig
of what
بِمَا
über was
they do
يَصْنَعُونَ
sie machen.
Qul Lilmu'uminīna Yaghuđđū Min 'Abşārihim Wa Yaĥfažū Furūjahum Dhālika 'Azkaá Lahum 'Inna Allāha Khabīrun Bimā Yaşna`ūna. (an-Nūr 24:30)

Sag zu den gläubigen Männern, sie sollen ihre Blicke senken und ihre Scham hüten. Das ist lauterer für sie. Gewiß, Allah ist Kundig dessen, was sie machen. ([24] an-Nur (Das Licht) : 30)
English Sahih:
Tell the believing men to reduce [some] of their vision and guard their private parts. That is purer for them. Indeed, Allah is [fully] Aware of what they do. ([24] An-Nur : 30)
