وَهُوَ الَّذِيْٓ اَرْسَلَ الرِّيٰحَ بُشْرًاۢ بَيْنَ يَدَيْ رَحْمَتِهٖۚ وَاَنْزَلْنَا مِنَ السَّمَاۤءِ مَاۤءً طَهُوْرًا ۙ ( الفرقان: ٤٨ )
And He
وَهُوَ
Und er
(is) the One Who
ٱلَّذِىٓ
(ist) derjenige, der
sends
أَرْسَلَ
sendet
the winds
ٱلرِّيَٰحَ
die Winde
(as) glad tidings
بُشْرًۢا
(als) Frohboten
before before
بَيْنَ يَدَىْ
vor
His Mercy
رَحْمَتِهِۦۚ
seiner Barmherzigkeit
and We send down
وَأَنزَلْنَا
und wir lassen herabkommen
from
مِنَ
von
the sky
ٱلسَّمَآءِ
dem Himmel
water
مَآءً
Wasser.
pure
طَهُورًا
reines
Wa Huwa Al-Ladhī 'Arsala Ar-Riyāĥa Bushrāan Bayna Yaday Raĥmatihi Wa 'Anzalnā Mina As-Samā'i Mā'an Ţahūrāan. (al-Furq̈ān 25:48)

Und Er ist es, Der die Winde als Frohboten Seiner Barmherzigkeit (voraus)sendet. Und Wir lassen vom Himmel reines Wasser herabkommen, ([25] al-Furqan (Die Unterscheidung) : 48)
English Sahih:
And it is He who sends the winds as good tidings before His mercy [i.e., rainfall], and We send down from the sky pure water. ([25] Al-Furqan : 48)
