يَخْتَصُّ بِرَحْمَتِهٖ مَنْ يَّشَاۤءُ ۗوَاللّٰهُ ذُو الْفَضْلِ الْعَظِيْمِ ( آل عمران: ٧٤ )

يَخْتَصُّ

for His Mercy
بِرَحْمَتِهِۦ

And Allah
وَٱللَّهُ
