yakhtaṣṣu
يَخْتَصُّ
He chooses
biraḥmatihi
بِرَحْمَتِهِۦ
for His Mercy
man
مَن
whom
yashāu
يَشَآءُۗ
He wills.
wal-lahu
وَٱللَّهُ
And Allah
dhū
ذُو
(is) the Possessor-
l-faḍli
ٱلْفَضْلِ
(of) Bounty -
l-ʿaẓīmi
ٱلْعَظِيمِ
[the] great.

Yakhtassu birahmatihee mai yashaaa'; wallaahu zulfadil 'azeem

Sahih International:

He selects for His mercy whom He wills. And Allah is the possessor of great bounty.

And believe not but in him who follows your religion.
