اُرْكُضْ بِرِجْلِكَۚ هٰذَا مُغْتَسَلٌۢ بَارِدٌ وَّشَرَابٌ ( ص: ٤٢ )

ٱرْكُضْ
"Tritt kräftig
with your foot
بِرِجْلِكَۖ
mit deinem Fuß.

(is a spring) of water to bathe
مُغْتَسَلٌۢ
