Yunus Verse 103

Then We saved Our messengers and those who believed. For it is Our duty to save the believers.

Then We will save Our messengers and those who believe. For We took it upon Us to save the believers.

Then We shall deliver Our Messengers and the believers. Even so, as is Our bounden duty, We shall deliver the believers.

In the end We shall save Our messengers and the believers. We take it upon Ourself to save the believers.

Thereafter We delivered Our apostles and those who believed. Even so, as incumbent upon us, We deliver the believers.

In the end We deliver Our messengers and those who believe; Thus is it fitting on Our part that We should deliver those who believe!

Then, (when Allah's wrath falls upon the wicked) We save our Messengers and also those who believe. It is incumbent on Us to deliver the believers.' set fire to the whole city and its environs. The Assyrian king set his own palace ablaze and was himself burnt to death.

Thus do We deliver our apostles and those who believe. As a matter of duty We save the believers.

Then We shall save Our Noble Messengers and the believers – this is it; it is incumbent upon Our mercy to save the Muslims.

Then We shall deliver Our apostles and those who have faith. Thus, it is a must for Us to deliver the faithful.

Then We save Our Messengers and those who believe (as We always did before). We have bound Ourselves to save the believers.

Then (when the punishment descends, We shall destroy the evil doers, but) We shall save Our Messengers and those who believed. Thus (does it always happen), We have made it binding upon Ourselves to save the believers.

Then We save/rescue Our messengers and those who believed, as/like that truthfully on Us We save/rescue the believers.

Then We shall save Our Noble Messengers and the believers - this is it; it is incumbent upon Our mercy to save the Muslims.

What expect they but the like of the days of those who passed away before them? Say, "Wait you then! Verily, I, too, will wait with you."

Then (in the end) We save Our Messengers and those who believe! Thus it is incumbent upon Us to save the believers.

What do they wait for then, but the like of the days of those who passed away before them? Say: Wait then: I, too, am with you of those who wait.

Then We deliver Our apostles and those who believe-- even so (now), it is binding on Us (that) We deliver the believers.

Then shall We save Our messengers and the believers, in like manner (as of old). It is incumbent upon Us to save believers.

We saved Our Messengers and those who believed; We must save the believers.

Then we shall save Our Messengers and the believers. It is Our obligated duty, We shall save those who believe.

Then We save Our Messengers and those who believe! Thus it is incumbent upon Us to save the believers.

Then We shall save Our messengers and those who believe. Thus We have made it incumbent upon Ourself to save the believers.

Then We save Our messengers and those who believe. It is binding on Us to save the believers.

Then We shall deliver (nunajj; the imperfect tense is [being used] to narrate a past situation) Our messengers and the believers, from the chastisement. In like manner, to [that] deliverance, it is incumbent upon Us to deliver the believers, the Prophet (s) and his Companions, when [the time comes for] chastising the idolaters.

قُلْ فَانتَظِرُواْ إِنِّي مَعَكُم مِّنَ الْمُنتَظِرِينَ ثُمَّ نُنَجِّي رُسُلَنَا وَالَّذِينَ امَنُواْ

Say;"Wait then, I am waiting with you among those who wait." Then We save Our Messengers and those who believe!

This means, `Verily, We destroy those who reject the Messengers.'

كَذَلِكَ حَقًّا عَلَيْنَا نُنجِ الْمُوْمِنِينَ



Thus it is incumbent upon Us to save the believers.

This means that this is a right that Allah, the Exalted, has obligated upon His Noble Self.

This is similar to His statement,

كَتَبَ رَبُّكُمْ عَلَى نَفْسِهِ الرَّحْمَةَ

Your Lord has written (prescribed) mercy for Himself. (6;54
