Al-Hijr Verse 21

There is not any means ˹of sustenance˺ whose reserves We do not hold, only bringing it forth in precise measure.

There is nothing except that We have its treasuries, and We do not send it down except in a determined measure.

Naught is there, but its treasuries are with Us, and We send it not down but in a known measure.

There is not a thing whose storehouses are not with Us. We send it down only according to a well-defined measure:

And there is not of aught but with Us are the treasures thereof, and We send it not down save in a measure known

And there is not a thing but its (sources and) treasures (inexhaustible) are with Us; but We only send down thereof in due and ascertainable measures.

There is nothing except that its treasuries are with Us and We do not send it down except in a known measure.

Of all things there are We have the stores, and send them down in determined measure.

And there is not a thing the treasure* of which is not with Us; and We do not send it down except by a known measure. (* The power to create it.)

There is not a thing but that its sources are with Us, and We do not send it down except in a known measure.

There is not a thing but the stores (for its life and sustenance) are with Us, and We do not send it down except in due, determined measure.

And there is not a thing but We have the vast treasures of it; and We do not send it down but according to a proper and prescribed measure.

And that (there is not) from a thing, except at Us (is) its safes (treasures) , and We do not descent it except with (a) known measure/quantity .

And there is not a thing the treasure * of which is not with Us; and We do not send it down except by a known measure. (* The power to create it.)

Nor is there aught but the treasuries (storehouses) of it are with Us, and We do not send it down save in a noted quantity (ascertainable measure).

And there is not a thing, but with Us are the stores thereof. And We send it not down except in a known measure.

And We have made in it means of subsistence for you and for him for whom you provide not.

And there is not a thing but with Us are the treasures of it, and We do not send it down but in a known measure.

And there is not a thing but with Us are the stores thereof. And we send it not down save in appointed measure.

With Us is the source of everything and We do not send it down except in a known quantity.

And there is not a thing but with Us are its treasuries, and We do not send it down except in a known measure.

And there is not a thing, but the supplies for it are with Us, and We do not send it down but in a known measure.

There is not a thing but its storehouses are with Us. But We only send down each thing in an appropriate measure:

There is not a thing but with Us are its stores, and We send it down only in precise measure.

And there is not a thing but that the stores thereof, the keys to its stores, are with Us, and We do not send it down except in a known measure, according to the benefits [of all creatures].

The Supplies for All Things are with Allah

Allah says;

وَإِن مِّن شَيْءٍ إِلاَّ عِندَنَا خَزَايِنُهُ

And there is not a thing, but the supplies for it are with Us,

Allah tells us that He is the Owner of all things, and that everything is easy for Him. He has the supplies for all things with Him.

وَمَا نُنَزِّلُهُ إِلاَّ بِقَدَرٍ مَّعْلُومٍ



and We do not send it down but in a known measure.

meaning, as He wills and as He wants. Doing so out of His great wisdom and mercy towards His servants, in a way that He is under no obligation to do. But He has decreed mercy for Himself.

Yazid bin Abi Ziyad reported from Abu Juhayfah that Abdullah said;

"No year has more rain than another, but Allah divides the rain between them as He wills, it rains here a year and there a year. Then he recited;
وَإِن مِّن شَيْءٍ إِلاَّ عِندَنَا خَزَايِنُهُ
(And there is not a thing, but the supplies for it are with Us...).
