Al-Hijr Verse 80

Indeed, the residents of the Stone Valley also denied the messengers.[[ lit., messengers, because denying Ṣâliḥ (ﷺ) was equal to denying all of Allah’s messengers.]]

Surely the people of Al-Hijr [Thamūd] also rejected the messengers.

The dwellers in El-Hijr cried lies to the Envoys.

The people of al-Hijr also rejected Our messengers:

And assuredly the dwellers of Hijr belied the sent ones.

The Companions of the Rocky Tract also rejected the messengers;

Surely the people of al-Hijr also rejected the Messengers, calling them liars.

The people of Al-Hijr denied Our apostles;

And the people of the Hijr (rocks) denied the Noble Messengers.

Certainly the inhabitants of Hijr denied the apostles.

And most certainly the people of al-Hijr denied the Messengers (by denying the Messenger sent to them).

And the dwellers of the Hijr (- a township of Thamûd lying between Tabûk and Madînah, also) cried lies to the Messengers.

And the forbidden`s/mind`s owners/company denied the messengers.

And the people of the Hijr (rocks) denied the Noble Messengers.

And the companions of Al-Hijr (the Rocky Tract) also rejected the messengers.

And verily, the dwellers of Al-Hijr (the rocky tract) denied the Messengers.

So We inflicted retribution on them. And they are both on an open high road.

And the dwellers of the Rock certainly rejected the apostles;

And the dwellers in Al-Hijr denied (Our) messengers.

People of Hijr rejected the Messengers.

And the dwellers of Al Hijr also belied the Messengers.

And verily, the Dwellers of Al-Hijr denied the Messengers.

The people of al-Hijr also rejected Our messengers:

The people of the Rock also rejected the messengers.

And verily the dwellers in al-Hijr -- a valley between Medina and Syria -- namely, [the tribe of] Thamd, denied those who had been sent [by God], when they denied [the prophet] Slih, as this constituted a denial of the other messengers, since they all shared the fact that they came with [the Message proclaiming] the Oneness of God.

The Destruction of the Dwellers of Al-Hijr, Who are the People called Thamud

Allah tells;

وَلَقَدْ كَذَّبَ أَصْحَابُ الحِجْرِ الْمُرْسَلِينَ



وَاتَيْنَاهُمْ ايَاتِنَا فَكَانُواْ عَنْهَا مُعْرِضِينَ
