وَلَقَدْ نَعْلَمُ اَنَّهُمْ يَقُوْلُوْنَ اِنَّمَا يُعَلِّمُهٗ بَشَرٌۗ لِسَانُ الَّذِيْ يُلْحِدُوْنَ اِلَيْهِ اَعْجَمِيٌّ وَّهٰذَا لِسَانٌ عَرَبِيٌّ مُّبِيْنٌ   ( النحل: ١٠٣ )

And certainly

We know

a human being"

(The) tongue

يُلْحِدُونَ
they refer
ilayhi
إِلَيْهِ
to him
aʿjamiyyun
أَعْجَمِىٌّ
(is) foreign
wahādhā
وَهَٰذَا
while this
lisānun
لِسَانٌ
(is) a language
ʿarabiyyun
عَرَبِىٌّ
Arabic
mubīnun
مُّبِينٌ
clear

Wa laqad na'lamu annahum yaqooloona innamaa yu'allimuhoo bashar; lisaanul lazee yulhidoona ilaihi a'ja miyyunw wa haaza lisaanun 'Arabiyyum mubeen (an-Naḥl 16:103)

Sahih International:

And We certainly know that they say, "It is only a human being who teaches him [i.e., the Prophet (^)]." The tongue of the one they refer to is foreign, and this [recitation, i.e., Quran] is [in] a clear Arabic language. (An-Nahl [16] : 103)

We know well that they say, “There is a man who teaches him.” The language of the one they refer to is non-Arabic while this is clear Arabic language.
