وَمَنْ خَفَّتْ مَوَازِيْنُهٗ فَاُولٰۤىِٕكَ الَّذِيْنَ خَسِرُوْٓا اَنْفُسَهُمْ فِيْ جَهَنَّمَ خٰلِدُوْنَ ۚ  ( المؤمنون: ١٠٣ )

waman
وَمَنْ
But (the one) whose
khaffat
خَفَّتْ
(are) light
mawāzīnuhu
مَوَٰزِينُهُۥ
his scales
fa-ulāika
فَأُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ
then those
alladhīna
ٱلَّذِينَ
they [who]
khasirū
خَسِرُوٓا۟
have lost
anfusahum
أَنفُسَهُمْ
their souls
فِى
in
jahannama
جَهَنَّمَ
Hell
khālidūna
خَٰلِدُونَ
they (will) abide forever

Wa man khaffat mawaa zeenuhoo fa ulaaa'ikal lazeena khasiroon anfusahum fee Jahannnama khaalidoon (al-Muʾminūn 23:103)

Sahih International:

But those whose scales are light – those are the ones who have lost their souls, [being] in Hell, abiding eternally. (Al-Mu'minun [23] : 103)

and the one whose scales turn out to be light, then such people are the ones who harmed their own selves; in Jahannam (Hell) they are to remain for ever.
