Ash-Shu'ara Verse 146

Do you think you will be ˹forever˺ left secure in what you have here:

Will you be left secure in whatever you have here,

Will you be left secure in this here,

[Do you think] you will be left secure for ever in what you have here-

Shall ye be left secure in that which is here before us.

"Will ye be left secure, in (the enjoyment of) all that ye have here?-

Do you believe that you will be left here to live securely in the present state

(Do you think) you will be left secure here

“Will you be left peacefully in these favours over here?”

Will you be left secure in that which is here

"(Do you think) you will be left secure forever in what is here before us,

`(Do you think that) you will be left in peace amidst all (enjoyable things) which you have here,

Are you going to be left in what (is) here here safe/secure

“Will you be left peacefully in these favours over here?”

Shall you be left here secure in that which is before us

"Will you be left secure in that which you have here?

So keep your duty to Allah and obey me.

Will you be left secure in what is here;

Will ye be left secure in that which is here before us,

"Do you think that you will remain here peacefully forever

Will you be left secure in this,

"Will you be left secure in that which you have here"

Do you think that you will be left secure [forever] --

Will you be left secure in what is here?

Will you be left secure in that which is here, of good things --

A Reminder to Them of their Circumstances and the Blessings

Salih warns;

أَتُتْرَكُونَ فِي مَا هَاهُنَا امِنِينَ



فِي جَنَّاتٍ وَعُيُونٍ

Do you think", he said, "you will be left to form imaginary visions of unrealities expecting to enjoy the grace of Allah which abounds in you without being tried
