Ash-Shu'ara Verse 184

And fear the One Who created you and ˹all˺ earlier peoples.”

And fear the One Who created you and the former peoples.”

Fear Him who created you, and the generations of the ancients.'

Be mindful of God who created you and former generations,’

So fear Him Who created you and the former generations.

"And fear Him Who created you and (who created) the generations before (you)"

and have fear of Him Who created you and the earlier generations."

And fear Him who created you and all the earlier people."

“And fear Him Who created you and the earlier creations.”

Be wary of Him who created you and the earlier generations.’

"Keep from disobedience to Him in reverence for Him Who has created you and all the earlier generations."

`Take Him Who has created you and former generations as a shield.´

And fear and obey who created you, and the nation/creation, the first/beginners

“And fear Him Who created you and the earlier creations.”

And keep your duty unto Him who created you and the generations of the past

"And fear Him Who created you and the generations of the men of old."

And weigh with a true balance.

And guard against (the punishment of) Him who created you and the former nations.

And keep your duty unto Him Who created you and the generations of the men of old.

Have fear of the One who has created you and the generations that lived before you."

Fear He who created you, and the generations of the ancient'

"And have Taqwa of Him Who created you and the generations of the men of old."

Fear Him who created you and those who have gone before you."

And fear Him who created you and the masses of old.”

And fear Him Who created you and the former generations', [all] creation [before you].

And have Taqwa of Him Who created you and the generations of the men of old.

Here he is frightening them with the punishment of Allah Who created them and created their forefathers.

This is like when Musa, peace be upon him, said;

رَبُّكُمْ وَرَبُّ ءَابَأيِكُمُ الاٌّوَّلِينَ

Your Lord and the Lord of your ancient fathers! (26;26)

Ibn Abbas, Mujahid, As-Suddi, Sufyan bin Uyaynah and Abdur-Rahman bin Zayd bin Aslam said;

وَالْجِبِلَّةَ الاْاَوَّلِينَ
(the generations of the men of old) means, He created the early generations. And Ibn Zayd recited;

وَلَقَدْ أَضَلَّ مِنْكُمْ جِبِلًّ كَثِيراً

And indeed he (Shaytan) did lead astray a great multitude of you. (36;62

And keep in awe of Allah and entertain the profound reverence dutiful to Him Who brought you and brought all those who came to this world into existence before you
