رُسُلًا مُّبَشِّرِيْنَ وَمُنْذِرِيْنَ لِئَلَّا يَكُوْنَ لِلنَّاسِ عَلَى اللّٰهِ حُجَّةٌ ۢ بَعْدَ الرُّسُلِ ۗوَكَانَ اللّٰهُ عَزِيْزًا حَكِيْمًا  ( النساء: ١٦٥ )

Messengers
mubashirīna
مُّبَشِّرِينَ
bearers of glad tidings
wamundhirīna
وَمُنذِرِينَ
and warners
li-allā
لِئَلَّا
so that not
yakūna
يَكُونَ
there is
lilnnāsi
لِلنَّاسِ
for the mankind
ʿalā
عَلَى
against
l-lahi
ٱللَّهِ
Allah
ḥujjatun
حُجَّةٌۢ
any argument
baʿda
بَعْدَ
after
l-rusuli
ٱلرُّسُلِۚ
the Messengers
wakāna
وَكَانَ
And is
l-lahu
ٱللَّهُ
Allah
ʿazīzan
عَزِيزًا
All-Mighty
ḥakīman
حَكِيمًا
All-Wise

Rusulam mubashshireena wa munzireena li'allaa yakoona linnaasi 'alal laahi hujjatum ba'dar Rusul; wa kaanallaahu 'Azeezan Hakeema (an-Nisāʾ 4:165)

Sahih International:

[We sent] messengers as bringers of good tidings and warners so that mankind will have no argument against Allah after the messengers. And ever is Allah Exalted in Might and Wise. (An-Nisa [4] : 165)

1 Mufti Taqi Usmani

- Messengers giving good tidings and warning, so that people may have no plea against Allah after the Messengers (have come). Allah is All-Mighty, All-Wise.
