لٰكِنِ اللّٰهُ يَشْهَدُ بِمَآ اَنْزَلَ اِلَيْكَ اَنْزَلَهٗ بِعِلْمِهٖ ۚوَالْمَلٰۤىِٕكَةُ يَشْهَدُوْنَ ۗوَكَفٰى بِاللّٰهِ شَهِيْدًاۗ   ( النساء: ١٦٦ )

lākini
لَّٰكِنِ
But
l-lahu
ٱللَّهُ
Allah
yashhadu
يَشْهَدُ
bears witness
bimā
بِمَآ
to what
anzala
أَنزَلَ
He (has) revealed
ilayka
إِلَيْكَۖ
to you
anzalahu
أَنزَلَهُۥ
He has sent it down
biʿil'mihi
بِعِلْمِهِۦۖ
with His Knowledge
wal-malāikatu
وَٱلْمَلَٰٓئِكَةُ
and the Angels
yashhadūna
يَشْهَدُونَۚ
bear witness
wakafā
وَكَفَىٰ
And is sufficient
bil-lahi
بِٱللَّهِ
Allah
shahīdan
شَهِيدًا
(as) a Witness

Laakinil laahu yashhadu bimaaa anzala ilaika anzalahoo bi'ilmihee wal malaaa'ikatu yashhadoon; wa kafaa billaahi Shaheeda (an-Nisāʾ 4:166)

Sahih International:

But Allah bears witness to that which He has revealed to you. He has sent it down with His knowledge, and the angels bear witness [as well]. And sufficient is Allah as Witness. (An-Nisa [4] : 166)

1 Mufti Taqi Usmani

But Allah bears witness that what He has revealed to you, has revealed it with His knowledge. The angels too, bear witness, (though) Allah is sufficient as witness.
