ثُمَّ اسْتَوٰىٓ اِلَى السَّمَاۤءِ وَهِيَ دُخَانٌ فَقَالَ لَهَا وَلِلْاَرْضِ ائْتِيَا طَوْعًا اَوْ كَرْهًاۗ قَالَتَآ اَتَيْنَا طَاۤىِٕعِيْنَ   ( فصلت: ١١ )

ٱئْتِيَا
"Come both of you
ṭawʿan
طَوْعًا
willingly

أَوْ
or
karhan
كَرْهًا
unwillingly"
qālatā
قَالَتَآ
They both said
ataynā
أَتَيْنَا
"We come
ṭāiʿīna
طَآئِعِينَ
willingly"

Summas tawaaa ilas-samaaa'i wa hiya dukhaanun faqaala lahaa wa lil ardi'tiyaaa taw'an aw karhan qaalataaa atainaa taaa'i'een (Fuṣṣilat 41:11)

Sahih International:

Then He directed Himself to the heaven while it was smoke and said to it and to the earth, "Come [into being], willingly or by compulsion." They said, "We have come willingly." (Fussilat [41] : 11)

Then He turned straight to the sky, while it was a smoke, and said to it and to the earth, “Come (to My obedience), both of you, willingly or unwillingly.” Both said, “We come willingly.”
