وَلَمَنِ انْتَصَرَ بَعْدَ ظُلْمِهٖ فَاُولٰۤىِٕكَ مَا عَلَيْهِمْ مِّنْ سَبِيْلٍۗ   ( الشورى: ٤١ )

walamani
وَلَمَنِ
And surely whosoever
intaṣara
ٱنتَصَرَ
defends himself
baʿda
بَعْدَ
after
ẓul'mihi
ظُلْمِهِۦ
he has been wronged
fa-ulāika
فَأُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ
then those
مَا
not
ʿalayhim
عَلَيْهِم
(is) against them
min
مِّن
any
sabīlin
سَبِيلٍ
way

Wa lamanin tasara ba'da zulmihee fa ulaaa'ika maa 'alaihim min sabeel (aš-Šūrā 42:41)

Sahih International:

And whoever retaliates after having been wronged – those have not upon them any cause [for blame]. (Ash-Shuraa [42] : 41)

The one who defends himself after having been wronged, there is no blame on such people.
