wa-innahum
وَإِنَّهُمْ
And indeed, they
layaṣuddūnahum
لَيَصُدُّونَهُمْ
surely, turn them
ʿani
عَنِ
from
l-sabīli
ٱلسَّبِيلِ
the Path
wayaḥsabūna
وَيَحْسَبُونَ
and they think
annahum
أَنَّهُم
that they
muh'tadūna
مُّهْتَدُونَ
(are) guided.

Wa innahum la yasuddoo nahum 'anis sabeeli wa yahsaboona annahum muhtadoon

Sahih International:

And indeed, the devils avert them from the way [of guidance] while they think that they are [rightly] guided
