اَفَاَنْتَ تُسْمِعُ الصُّمَّ اَوْ تَهْدِى الْعُمْيَ وَمَنْ كَانَ فِيْ ضَلٰلٍ مُّبِيْنٍ   ( الزخرف: ٤٠ )

تُسْمِعُ
cause to hear
l-ṣuma
ٱلصُّمَّ
the deaf
aw
أَوْ
or
tahdī
تَهْدِى
guide
l-ʿum'ya
ٱلْعُمْىَ
the blind
waman
وَمَن
and (one) who
kāna
كَانَ
is
فِى
in
ḍalālin
ضَلَٰلٍ
an error
mubīnin
مُّبِينٍ
clear?

Afa anta tusmi'us summa aw tahdil 'umya wa man kaana fee dalaalim mubeen (az-Zukhruf 43:40)

Sahih International:

Then will you make the deaf hear, [O Muhammad], or guide the blind or he who is in clear error? (Az-Zukhruf [43] : 40)

So, can you (O prophet) make the deaf to hear, or can you show the way to the blind and the one who is in open error?
