وَلَىِٕنْ سَاَلْتَهُمْ مَّنْ خَلَقَ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالْاَرْضَ لَيَقُوْلُنَّ خَلَقَهُنَّ الْعَزِيْزُ الْعَلِيْمُۙ  ( الزخرف: ٩ )

wala-in
وَلَئِن
And if
sa-altahum
سَأَلْتَهُم
you ask them
man
مَّنْ
"Who
khalaqa
خَلَقَ
created
l-samāwāti
ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ
the heavens
wal-arḍa
وَٱلْأَرْضَ
and the earth?"
layaqūlunna
لَيَقُولُنَّ
They will surely say
khalaqahunna
خَلَقَهُنَّ
"Has created them
l-ʿazīzu
ٱلْعَزِيزُ
the All-Mighty
l-ʿalīmu
ٱلْعَلِيمُ
the All-Knower"

Wa la'in sa altahum man khalaqas samaawaati wal arda la yaqoolunna khalaqa hunnal 'Azeezul 'Aleem (az-Zukhruf 43:9)

Sahih International:

And if you should ask them, "Who has created the heavens and the earth?" they would surely say, "They were created by the Exalted in Might, the Knowing," (Az-Zukhruf [43] : 9)

Should you ask them as to who has created the heavens and the earth, they will certainly say, “They are created by the All-Mighty, the All-Knowing,”
