Ad-Dukhan Verse 38

We did not create the heavens and the earth and everything in between for sport.

We have not created the heavens and earth and all that is between them for amusement.

We created not the heavens and earth, and all that between them is, in play;

We were not playing a pointless game when We created the heavens and earth and everything in between;

And We created not the heavens and the earth and all that is in-between the twain sporting.

We created not the heavens, the earth, and all between them, merely in (idle) sport;

It was not in idle sport that We created the heavens and the earth and all that is between them.

We have not created the heavens and the earth and all that lies between them, out of play.

And We did not create the heavens and the earth, and all that is between them, just for play.

We did not create the heavens and the earth and whatever is between them for play.

We have not created the heavens and the earth and all that is between them in play and fun.

And we did not create the heavens and the earth and all that lies between them just because We were doers of some purposeless work.

And We did not create the skies/space and the earth/Planet Earth and what (is) between them (B) playing/amusing .

And We did not create the heavens and the earth, and all that is between them, just for play.

And We did not create the heavens and the earth and what is between them in sport.

And We created not the heavens and the earth, and all that is between them, for mere play,

Are they better or the people of Tubba’, and those before them? We destroyed them, for surely they were guilty.

And We did not create the heavens and the earth and what is between them in sport.

And We created not the heavens and the earth, and all that is between them, in play.

We have not created the heavens and the earth and all that is between them for Our own amusement.

It was not in play that We created the heavens and the earth and all that is between them.

And We created not the heavens and the earth, and all that is between them, for mere play.

We did not idly create the heavens and the earth and all that lies between them;

We did not create the heavens and the earth and what is between them to play.

And We did not create the heavens and the earth and all that is between them, [intending] to play, by creating all that (l`ibna, `to play', is a circumstantial qualifier).

This World was created for a Wisdom

Allah says;

وَمَا خَلَقْنَا السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالاَْرْضَ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا لَاعِبِينَ



مَا خَلَقْنَاهُمَا إِلاَّ بِالْحَقِّ وَلَكِنَّ أَكْثَرَهُمْ لَاا يَعْلَمُونَ
