قَالُوْا نُرِيْدُ اَنْ نَّأْكُلَ مِنْهَا وَتَطْمَىِٕنَّ قُلُوْبُنَا وَنَعْلَمَ اَنْ قَدْ صَدَقْتَنَا وَنَكُوْنَ عَلَيْهَا مِنَ الشّٰهِدِيْنَ   ( المائدة: ١١٣ )

نُرِيدُ
"We wish
an
أَن
that
nakula
نَّأْكُلَ
we eat
min'hā
مِنْهَا
from it
wataṭma-inna
وَتَطْمَئِنَّ
and satisfy
qulūbunā
قُلُوبُنَا
our hearts
wanaʿlama
وَنَعْلَمَ
and we know
an
أَن
that
qad
قَدْ
certainly
ṣadaqtanā
صَدَقْتَنَا
you have spoken the truth to us
wanakūna
وَنَكُونَ
and we be
ʿalayhā
عَلَيْهَا
over it
mina
مِنَ
among
l-shāhidīna
ٱلشَّٰهِدِينَ
the witnesses

Qaaloo nureedu an naakula minhaa wa tatam'inna quloo bunaa wa na'lama an qad sadaqtana wa nakoona 'alaihaa minash shaahideen (al-Māʾidah 5:113)

Sahih International:

They said, "We wish to eat from it and let our hearts be reassured and know that you have been truthful to us and be among its witnesses." (Al-Ma'idah [5] : 113)

1 Mufti Taqi Usmani

They said, “We wish that we eat from it, and our hearts be satisfied, and we may know for sure that you have told us the truth, and we may become witnesses to it.”
