Al-Hadid Verse 17

Know that Allah revives the earth after its death.[[ So it is easy for Him to soften your hearts as well. ]] We have certainly made the signs clear for you so perhaps you will understand.

Know that God revives the earth after it was dead. We have indeed made clear for you the signs, that haply you will understand.

Remember that God revives the earth after it dies; We have made Our revelation clear to you so that you may use your reason.

Know that Allah quickeneth earth after the death thereof. Surely We have propounded unto you the signs, that haply ye may reflect.

Know ye (all) that Allah giveth life to the earth after its death! already have We shown the Signs plainly to you, that ye may learn wisdom.

Know well that Allah revives the earth after it becomes lifeless. We have clearly shown Our Signs to you, perchance you will use your reason.

Know that God enlivens the earth even after it has died. We have explained to you clearly Our signs that you may understand.

Know that it is Allah Who revives the earth after its death; We have indeed illustrated the signs for you, for you to understand.

Know that God revives the earth after its death (and He may revive the decaying hearts in the same way). We have indeed made clear the signs and Revelations (to enable such revival and) that you may reason and understand.

Know that Allâh brings (the inhabitants of) the earth to life after their death. We have indeed explained Our Messages to you that you may abstain (from evil deeds).

Know that God revives/makes alive the earth/Planet Earth after its death/lifelessness, We had clarified/explained for you the verses/evidences , maybe/perhaps you reason/comprehend.

Know that it is Allah Who revives the earth after its death; We have indeed illustrated the signs for you, for you to understand.

Know that Allah gives life to the earth after its death; indeed, We have made the revelations clear to you that you may understand.

Know that Allah gives life to the earth after its death! Indeed We have made clear the Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) to you, if you but understand.

Has not the time yet come for the believers that their hearts should be humble for the remembrance of Allah and the Truth that is revealed, and (that) they should not be like those who were given the Book before, but time was prolonged for them, so their hearts hardened. And most of them are transgressors.

Know that Allah gives life to the earth after its death; indeed, We have made the communications clear to you that you may understand.

Know that Allah quickeneth the earth after its death. We have made clear Our revelations for you, that haply ye may understand.

Know that God brings the dead earth back to life. We have explained Our revelations to you so that you may perhaps have understanding.

Know that God revives the earth after its death. We thus explain the revelations for you, so that you may understand.

Know -- an address to the believers [just] mentioned -- that God revives the earth after its death, by [bringing forth] vegetation, and likewise He is able to do with your hearts, restoring them to humbleness. We have certainly made clear for you the signs, that testify to Our power with this [mentioned example] and others, that perhaps you may understand.

Know that Allah gives life to the earth after its death! Indeed We have made clear the Ayat to you, if you but understand.

This Ayah indicates that He brings subtleness to hearts after they have become hard, guides the confused after they were led astray, and relieves hardships after they have intensified. And just as Allah brings life back to the dead and dry earth by sending the needed abundant rain, He also guides the hardened hearts with the proofs and evidences of the Qur'an. The light (of faith) would have access to the hearts once again, after they were closed and, as a consequence, no guidance was able to reach them.

All praise is due to Him Who guides whomever He wills after they were misguided, Who misguides those who were led aright before. Surely, it is He Who does what He wills and He is the All-Wise, the Most Just in all that He does, the Most Subtle, the Most Aware, the Most High, the Proud
