Al-An'am Verse 126

That is your Lord’s Path—perfectly straight. We have already made the signs clear to those who are mindful.

This is the straight path of your Lord. We have made the verses clear for people who take heed.

This is the path of thy Lord; straight; We have distinguished the signs to a people who remember.

[Prophet], this is the path of your Lord, made perfectly straight. We have explained Our revelations to those who take heed.

And this is the path of thine Lord, straight. We have surely detailed the revelations unto a people who would be admonished.

This is the way of thy Lord, leading straight; We have detailed the signs for those who receive admonition.

even though this way is the straight way of your Lord, and We have distinguished its signs to those who heed to admonition.

This is the straight path of your Lord. Distinct have We made Our signs for those who reflect.

And this is the Straight Path of your Lord; We have explained in detail Our verses for the people who accept advice.

This is the straight path of your Lord. We have already elaborated the signs for a people who take admonition.

And this (the way of Islam) is the Straight Path of your Lord. We have assuredly set out in detail the signs (of the right and wrong ways) for a people who reflect and are mindful.

And this path (of Islam) is an exact right path (leading) to your Lord. We have indeed explained the Messages (of truth) in detail for a people who would accept admonition.

And that (is) your Lord`s straight/direct road/way , We had detailed/explained the verses/evidences to a nation mentioning/remembering.89

And this is the Straight Path of your Lord; We have explained in detail Our verses for the people who accept advice.

This is the way of your Lord, a Straight Way. We have detailed the revelations unto a mindful people.

And this is the Path of your Lord (the Quran and Islam) leading Straight. We have detailed Our Revelations for a people who take heed.

So whomsoever Allah intends to guide, He expands his breast for Islam, and whomsoever He intends to leave in error, he makes his breast strait (and) narrow as though he were ascending upwards. Thus does Allah lay uncleanness on those who believe not.

And this is the path of your Lord, (a) right (path); indeed We have made the communications clear for a people who mind.

This is the path of thy Lord, a straight path. We have detailed Our revelations for a people who take heed.

This is the path of your Lord and it is straight. We have explained Our revelations to those who take heed.

This is the Path of your Lord, a Straight Path. We have made plain Our verses to a nation who remember.

And this is the path of your Lord leading straight. We have detailed Our Ayat for a people who take heed.

This is the straight path leading to your Lord. We have made the signs clear for thinking men.

This is the straight path of your Lord. We have explained the revelations in detail for people who recollect.

And this, [path] that you follow, O Muhammad (s), is the path of your Lord, a straight one, with no crookedness therein (mustaqman, `straight', is in the accusative because it is a circumstantial qualifier emphasising the [previous] statement, and it is operated by the import of the demonstrative noun [hdh, `this']). We have detailed, We have elucidated, the signs for a people who remember (yadhdhakkarn; the original t' has been assimilated with the dhl), that is to say, [a people] who heed admonition -- such [people] are singled out for mention because they are the ones to profit [from the signs].

After Allah mentioned the way of those who were themselves led to stray from His path and who hindered others from it, He emphasized the honor of the guidance and religion of truth that He sent His Messenger with.

Allah said next,

وَهَـذَا صِرَاطُ رَبِّكَ مُسْتَقِيمًا

And this is the path of your Lord leading straight.

that is, Islam, that We have legislated for you, O Muhammad, by revealing this Qur'an to you, is Allah's straight path.

قَدْ فَصَّلْنَا الايَاتِ

We have detailed Our Ayat...,

We have explained the Ayat and made them clear and plain,

لِقَوْمٍ يَذَّكَّرُونَ



for a people who take heed.

those who have sound comprehension and understand what Allah and His Messenger convey to them
