وَاِنْ تَدْعُوْهُمْ اِلَى الْهُدٰى لَا يَتَّبِعُوْكُمْۗ سَوَۤاءٌ عَلَيْكُمْ اَدَعَوْتُمُوْهُمْ اَمْ اَنْتُمْ صَامِتُوْنَ  ( الأعراف: ١٩٣ )

wa-in
وَإِن
And if

يَتَّبِعُوكُمْۚ

adaʿawtumūhum
أَدَعَوْتُمُوهُمْ
whether you call them
am
أَمْ
or
antum
أَنتُمْ
you
ṣāmitūna
صَٰمِتُونَ
remain silent

Wa in tad'oohum ilalhudaa laa yattabi'ookum; sawaaa'un 'alaikum a-da'awtumoohum am antum saamitoon (al-ʾAʿrāf 7:193)

Sahih International:

And if you [believers] invite them to guidance, they will not follow you. It is all the same for you whether you invite them or you are silent. (Al-A'raf [7] : 193)

If you call them to the right path, they will not follow you. It is all the same for them whether you call them or remain silent.
