An-Nazi'at Verse 28

raising it high and forming it flawlessly.

He raised it high and proportioned it,

He lifted up its vault, and levelled it,

raising it high and perfecting it,

He hath raised the height thereof and perfected it.

On high hath He raised its canopy, and He hath given it order and perfection.

and raised its vault high and proportioned it;

Raised it high, proportioned it,

He raised its roof and made it proper.

He raised its vault and fashioned it,

He has raised its vault and put it in an order.

He has raised the height thereof, and has made it flawlessly perfect and well-balanced.

He raised its height/thickness, so He straightened it.

He raised its roof and made it proper.

He raised high its height, and gave it order and perfection.

He raised its height, and He has equally ordered it,

And He made dark its night and brought out its light.

He raised high its height, then put it into a right good state.

He raised the height thereof and ordered it;

high above?

He raised it high and leveled it,

He raised its hei- ght, and has perfected it.

by raising its vault high and fashioning it flawlessly,

He raised its masses, and proportioned it.

He made it rise high -- an explication of the manner of [its] construction; in other words, He made its vertical extension high; it is also said that samkah means `its ceiling' -- and levelled it; He made it even, flawless,

He raised its height, and has perfected it.

meaning, He made it a lofty structure, vast in its space, with equal sides, and adorned with stars at night and in the darkness.

Then Allah says,

وَأَغْطَشَ لَيْلَهَا وَأَخْرَجَ ضُحَاهَا
