At-Takwir Verse 19

Indeed, this ˹Quran˺ is the Word of ˹Allah delivered by Gabriel,˺ a noble messenger-angel,

Indeed, this [Qur’an] is a word conveyed by a noble angel-messenger.

truly this is the word of a noble Messenger

this is the speech of a noble messenger,

Verily it is a Word brought by a messenger honoured,

Verily this is the word of a most honourable Messenger,

Verily this is the word of a noble message-bearer;

That this is indeed the word of an honoured Messenger,

This is indeed the recitation of an honoured Noble Messenger. (Angel Jibreel – peace and blessings be upon him.)

it is indeed the speech of a noble apostle,

That this (which informs you of all the events mentioned) is the Word (brought) by an honored messenger (Gabriel),

That verily this (Qur´ân) is indeed the word (revealed to and) uttered by a noble (and illustrious) Messenger (- Muhammad),

That it truly is an honored/generous messenger`s word/statement/declaration (E).

This is indeed the recitation of an honoured Noble Messenger. (Angel Jibreel – peace and blessings be upon him.)

Most surely it is the Word of an honourable Messenger,

Verily, this is the Word (this Quran brought by) a most honourable messenger [Jibrael (Gabriel), from Allah to the Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him)].

The possessor of strength, established in the presence of the Lord of the Throne,

Most surely it is the Word of an honored messenger,

That this is in truth the word of an honoured messenger,

that the Quran is the word of the honorable angelic, mighty Messenger

it is indeed the word of an Honorable Messenger,

Verily, this is the Word a most honorable messenger.

Truly, this is the word brought by a noble messenger,

This is the speech of a noble messenger.

truly this, Qur'n, is the word of a messenger [who is] noble, in the sight of God, exalted be He -- this being [the messenger] Gabriel (it [qawl, `word'] has been annexed to him, because he descends with it),

Verily, this is the Word of a most honorable messenger.

meaning, indeed this Qur'an is being conveyed by a noble messenger, which is referring to an honorable angel, who has good character and a radiant appearance, and he is Jibril.

Ibn `Abbas, Ash-Sha`bi, Maymun bin Mihran, Al-Hasan, Qatadah, Ar-Rabi` bin Anas, Ad-Dahhak and others have said this
