يَحْذَرُ الْمُنٰفِقُوْنَ اَنْ تُنَزَّلَ عَلَيْهِمْ سُوْرَةٌ تُنَبِّئُهُمْ بِمَا فِيْ قُلُوْبِهِمْۗ قُلِ اسْتَهْزِءُوْاۚ اِنَّ اللّٰهَ مُخْرِجٌ مَّا تَحْذَرُوْنَ   ( التوبة: ٦٤ )

Say
is'tahziū
ٱسْتَهْزِءُوٓا۟
"Mock
inna
إِنَّ
indeed
l-laha
ٱللَّهَ
Allah
mukh'rijun
مُخْرِجٌ
(will) bring forth
مَّا
what
taḥdharūna
تَحْذَرُونَ
you fear"

Yahzarul munaafiqoona an tunaz zala 'alaihim Sooratun tunabbi 'uhum bimaa feequloobihim; qulistahzi'oo innal laaha mukhrijum maa tahzaroon (at-Tawbah 9:64)

Sahih International:

The hypocrites are apprehensive lest a Surah be revealed about them, informing them of what is in their hearts. Say, "Mock [as you wish]; indeed, Allah will expose that which you fear." (At-Tawbah [9] : 64)

1 Mufti Taqi Usmani

The hypocrites are afraid that a Sūrah (a chapter of the Holy Qur’ān) may be sent down about them, which tells them what lies in their hearts. Say, “Go on mocking. Allah is surely to bring out what you are afraid of.”
