لَا يَسْبِقُوْنَهٗ بِالْقَوْلِ وَهُمْ بِاَمْرِهٖ يَعْمَلُوْنَ ( الأنبياء: ٢٧ )

English Sahih:
They cannot precede Him in word, and they act by His command. (Al-Anbya [21] : 27)
