وَلَوْلَا فَضْلُ اللّٰهِ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَتُهٗ وَاَنَّ اللّٰهَ تَوَّابٌ حَكِيْمٌ ࣖ ( النور: ١٠ )
walawlā
وَلَوْلَا
And if not
Et si (ce n’était) pas (pour)
faḍlu
فَضْلُ
(for) the Grace of Allah
(la) faveur
l-lahi
ٱللَّهِ
(for) the Grace of Allah
(d’)Allâh
ʿalaykum
عَلَيْكُمْ
upon you
sur vous
waraḥmatuhu
وَرَحْمَتُهُۥ
and His Mercy
et Sa Miséricorde
wa-anna
وَأَنَّ
and that
et qu’
l-laha
ٱللَّهَ
Allah
Allâh (est)
tawwābun
تَوَّابٌ
(is) Oft-Returning (to Mercy)
très accueillant au repentir,
ḥakīmun
حَكِيمٌ
All-Wise
parfaitement sage, …
Wa law laa fadlul laahi 'alaikum wa rahmatuhoo wa annal laaha Tawwaabun Hakeem (an-Nūr 24:10)
English Sahih:
And if not for the favor of Allah upon you and His mercy... and because Allah is Accepting of Repentance and Wise. (An-Nur [24] : 10)
Muhammad Hamidullah:
Et, n'étaient la grâce d'Allah sur vous et Sa miséricorde...! Allah est Grand Accueillant au repentir et Sage! (An-Nur [24] : 10)

Ô gens, si Allah ne vous avait pas comblés de Sa grâce et Sa miséricorde, qu’Il n’acceptait pas le repentir de Ses serviteurs et qu’Il n’était pas Sage dans Sa gestion et dans Ses prescriptions, Il se serait empressé de vous punir pour vos péchés et de vous dévoiler.
