ۨالَّذِيْ لَهٗ مُلْكُ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالْاَرْضِ وَلَمْ يَتَّخِذْ وَلَدًا وَّلَمْ يَكُنْ لَّهٗ شَرِيْكٌ فِى الْمُلْكِ وَخَلَقَ كُلَّ شَيْءٍ فَقَدَّرَهٗ تَقْدِيْرًا ( الفرقان: ٢ )
Allazee lahoo mulkus samaawaati wal ardi wa lam yattakhiz waladanw wa lam yakul lahoo shareekun filmulki wa khalaqa kulla shai'in faqaddarahoo taqdeeraa (al-Furq̈ān 25:2)
English Sahih:
He to whom belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth and who has not taken a son and has not had a partner in dominion and has created each thing and determined it with [precise] determination. (Al-Furqan [25] : 2)
Muhammad Hamidullah:
Celui à qui appartient la royauté des cieux et de la terre, qui ne S'est point attribué d'enfant, qui n'a point d'associé en Sa royauté et qui a créé toute chose en lui donnant ses justes proportions. (Al-Furqane [25] : 2)

Celui qui possède Seul les Cieux et la Terre, qui n’a pas de progéniture et n’a aucun associé dans Son Royaume. Il créa toute chose et la prédestina à une fonction définie selon ce que Sa Connaissance et Sa Sagesse imposent.
